Media Markt redesigned its brand concept based on its new slogan: “For every story, we have a good offer”. This refer to their decades-long experience and knowledge, when it comes to customer service: because some people have unique (and often hidden) needs. In these stories we can get a glimpse into the life of some customers to see the real background stories which urged them to buy something new.
